We provide evaluation versions of all our software, which give potential online customers a firsthand experience to try the demo software before purchasing. Our demo versions of software give you a fair idea of the chances of the recovery results that the full version product might deliver. We strongly suggest you download our trial version software, test it, evaluate it, and gain a complete understanding of our software's capabilities using the evaluation version.
Before you Return your Software
There are millions of different computer configurations on the market, and we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the software, the answer may be a simple e-mail. Our professional and trained support staff have a great deal of knowledge and are happy to help out when you need it.
Order Online
When placing an order online, we collect personal information such as your email address, contact details, and shipping address. This information is essential for processing and fulfilling your order, as well as for confirming your order placement. Additionally, we may use this information to contact you for any clarification regarding your order or for related correspondence
Delivery of Product — automated software license-key delivery to your email address
Our order-fulfilment emails are sent by our authorized reseller or payment gateway on behalf of SysMails SOFTWARE. These emails contain the software license-key activation details. We request that you check both your inbox and spam folders.
Section-1) - SysMails SOFTWARE is not responsible for any of the following:
- Any loss of data or misdirected emails.
- Delays in software downloading, receiving activation details, or any kind of communication delays.
- Delay due to any unforeseen, uncontrollable factors.
- SysMails SOFTWARE is not responsible for emails being marked as spam or moved to “Other” folders by the client’s email application or by the mail server used by the client.
- Emails for download or activation are bounced by the sender’s or receiver’s mail server due to any reason.
Section-2) - SysMails SOFTWARE will not consider any refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Once the software is purchased and the software fulfillment email is received, you no longer need the software.
- If you accidentally purchased the software and now wish to remove it from your system.
- I intended to purchase different software, but by mistake, I ordered the wrong one.
- The software purchased is not compatible with the platform you are using.
- Unable to use the software, as the basic requirements to run it are not fulfilled by your machine.
- Delayed fulfillment emails on weekends.
- Without evaluating the demo version, I ordered the software and found that it does not fulfill my requirements. [We always recommend trying our demo version first to evaluate the software’s functionality before purchasing.]
- The customer has not requested technical support before submitting the refund request.
- The customer has not followed the instructions provided by the support staff to attempt to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for any error messages from other company’s software like as Outlook, Thunderbird etc, but we can assist in resolving the issue — provided that you do not request a refund.
Section-3) - A refund will be issued only if one of the following conditions holds true. Please read carefully.
- If the client was able to perform the operation as stated in the demo version, but the functionality is not available in the full version.
- If Our support team fails to help the client resolve the issue stated in the section.
- Purchase same product repeatedly then refund is acceptable.
- Not getting the download link to the software from the company side within 24 hours of your purchase.
- If duplicate order place by customer then refund 2nd order amount.
- Software error or installation fails due to glitch in software after test
- If our software fails to perform the respective task, please contact our Technical Support Team at support@vertikagroups.com . Our Technical Support Engineer will analyze the case and examine your files in our Recovery Labs or via remote connectivity. If they are unable to recover or repair your files, the partial purchase amount (as per eligibility for refunds) will be credited to your credit card. A refund will be issued strictly based on this condition if they fail to provide full assistance.
Eligibility for Refunds

- Refunds are accepted if canceled within 10 days of activation subject to the following deductions:
- Customer based in India
- ₹1000 or 10% of the total amount paid as license key fee whichever is higher.
- Customer based outside India
- $10 or 10% of the total paid as license fee whichever is higher.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 10-day window.

Section-4)
SysMails SOFTWARE is not responsible for any misinterpretation by the client of material published as part of promoting the product/software. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the client to seek the correct interpretation from the SysMails SOFTWARE support team
Section-5)
The client provides a written document stating that the product/software purchased from SysMails SOFTWARE will be destroyed from all client machines where it has been installed. The client will also allow an authorized person from SysMails SOFTWARE to conduct a physical inspection of all machines where the software was installed to ensure proper destruction. Any evidence of the product/software being refunded will entitle SysMails SOFTWARE to legal proceedings.
Section-6)
From the date of receiving the "Letter of Destruction" from the client, the refund will be credited within 10 days. Any delay beyond 10 days will be notified to the client via email from SysMails SOFTWARE
Policy Updates
SysMails SOFTWARE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
